Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually, plus bonuses


Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading developer and manager of diverse real estate projects across four states, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records for each property, including lease agreements and financial data.
  • Work closely with regional managers to achieve property goals and objectives.
  • Handle resident issues professionally and promptly, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on property performance, financial statements, and occupancy rates.
  • Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing and other relevant property laws.
  • Organize and execute resident events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of previous community management experience.
  • Real estate license required or obtainable within 120 days of employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits:
