Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external marketing functions to maintain a positive community reputation.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, community outreach programs, and events.
• Conduct competitive analysis, coordinate media advertising, and update marketing collateral.
• Achieve or exceed census goals, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
• Provide leadership, training, and uphold company policies and service philosophy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
• Prior experience in senior housing or related business development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in sales and marketing software, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work full-time with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
