Construction Sales Consultant

Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a motivated Construction Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share in an assigned geographical territory, fostering new customer relationships, and delivering high-quality building solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Effectively manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion.
• Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project and navigate permitting requirements.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
