Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a dynamic Construction Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving market share growth in an assigned territory, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned geographical territory.
  • Manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and permitting entities.
  • Utilize technology to optimize sales and project management processes.
  • Meet or exceed established sales budgets and market share targets.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
