Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory by cultivating new customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and achieve established sales budgets.
- Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project, including MBI personnel, subcontractors, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage projects from pre-sale to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize technology effectively to manage complex projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Commercial sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and succeed in a fast-paced construction environment.
