Job Description

Join the team at TPC Sugarloaf as a Cook III and be a part of our renowned golf facilities designed by Greg Norman. As a Cook III, you will be responsible for advanced food preparation, maintaining high sanitation standards, and ensuring kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality food production to meet member and guest expectations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Assist in developing menu specials and recipes.
  • Prepare food orders according to requests and plating specifications.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and perform cooking techniques as directed.
  • Supervise kitchen staff activities when necessary.
  • Monitor food and beverage sales to achieve profit goals.
  • Adhere to food service sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Assume various duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of culinary experience or training.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and safety procedures.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and comply with safety regulations.
