Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Counter Sales representative to join our team at Harbor Rental And Saw Shop. As a member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, processing orders, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in product selection and provide product information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Process orders, schedule deliveries, and handle payments.
• Stock shelves and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in building materials is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25+ lbs. and move around frequently.
• Comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $16.28 - $21.50
