CT Technologist Full Time

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time CT Technologist to join Corewell Health at Wayne Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams, ensuring the best possible images for interpretation while prioritizing patient and family-centered care. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT exams following established protocols and procedures.
• Verify patient identification, provide procedural information to patients, and acquire accurate patient history.
• Operate CT imaging equipment efficiently, monitor patient safety during procedures, and ensure equipment and exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Use hospital computer systems for order verification and communication with medical staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
