Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all retailer P&L controllable items, including revenue and payroll.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members on business and ethical issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships in a defined geographic region.
- Present strategic client plans to drive brand promotion and activation based on customer knowledge.
- Execute strategic plans for clients' brands, focusing on sales, share, distribution, and merchandising.
- Communicate proactively with the client team to achieve business goals and meet client expectations.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Leadership, results-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear understanding and communication of client expectations and insights.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve on-budget sales plan execution and new item acceptances.
- Drive existing client growth and maintain high customer service levels.
Skills and Abilities:
Good communication and negotiation skills, category management knowledge, and business acumen. Ability to manage time effectively, provide excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment:
Combination of office and field environment; significant travel within the US required.
