Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all retailer P&L controllable items, including revenue and payroll.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members on business and ethical issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships in a defined geographic region.
• Present strategic client plans to drive brand promotion and activation based on customer knowledge.
• Execute strategic plans for clients' brands, focusing on sales, share, distribution, and merchandising.
• Communicate proactively with the client team to achieve business goals and meet client expectations.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Leadership, results-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear understanding and communication of client expectations and insights.

Performance Metrics:

• Achieve on-budget sales plan execution and new item acceptances.
• Drive existing client growth and maintain high customer service levels.

Skills and Abilities:

Good communication and negotiation skills, category management knowledge, and business acumen. Ability to manage time effectively, provide excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment:

Combination of office and field environment; significant travel within the US required.
