In this role, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and provide professional and high-quality customer service to our esteemed clients. Being the first point of contact, you will need strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a can-do attitude to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls.
