Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Comply with cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
