Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Experience in retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
