Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Collaboration with the team and providing exceptional customer service are crucial aspects of this role.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies consistently.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
  • Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in stock inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
