Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, adhere to company policies, and ensure store security.
• Participate in store inventory counts and provide feedback to management on product quality and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
