Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
