Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and uphold cash policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
