Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your role will involve working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
