Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers during their shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store well-organized and visually appealing.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
