Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management. As part of the store team, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management.
  • Contribute to store inventory procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.
  • Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness to company standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in cashier operations and able to operate relevant equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
