Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Report product feedback and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Work independently and in a team setting
- Meet state and local requirements for beverage sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior retail experience (preferred)
