Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Report product feedback and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
  • Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register
  • Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Work independently and in a team setting
  • Meet state and local requirements for beverage sales
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior retail experience (preferred)
