Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and perform general cleaning tasks
• Assist customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
