Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers during the return process.
- Secure keys and document car details such as mileage, gas levels, and damages.
- Check-in returned cars using our computer system.
- Provide exemplary customer service at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various shifts.
- Prior experience in retail customer service is a plus.
