Diesel Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Transdev. As part of our dedicated vehicle maintenance team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles, including Gillig buses and heavy equipment. This position offers competitive hourly rates, a sign-on bonus, and a work schedule of four 10-hour days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems and components.
• Ensure accurate completion of work orders.
• Provide emergency services and road assistance when needed.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience.
• ASE certifications and mechanic's toolset.
• DOT drug testing compliance.
