Dining Services Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dining Services Supervisor to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. As the Dining Services Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, customer service, and productivity within the Dining Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, and supervise a food service program that exceeds quality standards and resident requirements.
• Monitor resident preferences and adjust menus accordingly.
• Manage kitchen and dining room sanitation, staff schedules, and special functions.
• Order food supplies within budget constraints and ensure proper food handling.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff while maintaining a professional environment.
• Adhere to health department, safety, and infection control practices.

Requirements

• Serve Safe Certification may be required.
• Experience working with the elderly is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and attend required training.
• Physical ability to lift weight, stand, walk, and bend as needed.
• Background check may be required for employment.
