Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Customer Development to lead our team at CROSSMARK. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape, competition, and market trends. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive sales growth, explore new revenue opportunities, and foster positive relationships with our retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and be accountable for all aspects of the retailer's P&L, including revenue and expenses.
  • Provide leadership to team members, fostering growth and positive work environments.
  • Drive growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients, exceeding expectations set by the retailer.
  • Explore opportunities for business expansion beyond traditional services.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Implement client plans effectively to maximize value.
  • Communicate customer insights and changes across relevant positions within CROSSMARK.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for promoting client products and CROSSMARK services.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 5 years in CPG industry, with 2 years of headquarter selling experience
