Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown University Boulevard. As a key member of our hotel management company, you will lead the Sales team, ensuring top-notch guest service, profitability, and achieving sales goals. Your responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends, executing sales activities to reach budgeted goals, analyzing market factors, and actively participating in sales efforts to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hotel sales leadership experience, preferably in a 100-room or larger hotel, along with Hilton branded sales experience, and proficiency in systems like Delphi. Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets are essential.
