Job Description
We are looking for a talented District Manager to join our team at Crossmark. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing guidance to retail service merchandisers within a designated regional territory. Your role will involve ensuring timely completion of projects, communicating project expectations, and addressing issues proactively.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to retail merchandisers as the primary company contact.
- Track project completions in the assigned region to meet monthly goals.
- Communicate work assignments, expectations, and address inquiries from the Account Management team.
- Consult with Operations Director on Service Representatives' performance and policy adherence.
- Implement established policies and procedures, and document communication with retail merchandisers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet-related programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Resourcefulness, assertiveness, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity.
