Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to join our team at ALDI. As a District Manager, you will lead and supervise the operations of an entire district spanning Georgia, Western North Carolina, Southern Alabama, and Northwest South Carolina. Your responsibilities will include enhancing sales growth, overseeing store operations, managing employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead up to six stores within the district.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a professional workforce.
- Monitor store conditions and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently and possess a valid driver's license.
