Job Description

We are currently seeking a Division Manager to join Reciprocity Industries. As the Intake Litigation Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support and providing supervision to the Litigation Support Staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise Litigation Support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for Litigation Support to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and implement strategies for enhancement.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff and supervisors to enhance performance and meet goals.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations relating to privacy and data protection.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on operations and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise in industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in presentations.
  • Desired: 2 years of related experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles.
