Job Description
We are currently seeking a Division Manager to join Reciprocity Industries. As the Intake Litigation Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support and providing supervision to the Litigation Support Staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Litigation Support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to performance metrics.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for Litigation Support to ensure best practices are followed.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and implement strategies for enhancement.
- Provide training and coaching to staff and supervisors to enhance performance and meet goals.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations relating to privacy and data protection.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on operations and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives.
- Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- Expertise in industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in presentations.
- Desired: 2 years of related experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles.
