Donation Attendant - FT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Donation Attendant to join our team at McDowell Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a Donation Attendant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, handling donations, and ensuring a positive experience for customers while promoting sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accept donations and provide outstanding customer service.
• Label donations correctly and offer receipts to donors.
• Assist with loading and unloading items.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organization.
• Operate equipment safely and conduct daily inspections.
• Adhere to safety regulations and follow company standards.
• Engage in floor care duties and cross-training as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass forklift certification class.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
