Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Donation Attendant to join our team at Greenfield Store in Mesa, Arizona. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, promoting sales, and handling donations for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA).
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Responsibilities
- Accept donations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Label donations accurately and provide receipts to donors.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Maintain merchandise placement and organization following standards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
- Participate in floor care duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
