Job Description
We are seeking a talented Electrician Maintenance CNC/PLC to join Caterpillar Inc.'s team at our manufacturing facility in South Milwaukee, WI. As part of a global team creating stronger communities, you will troubleshoot and repair a variety of machine tools and equipment, ensuring production continuity and safety.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Electrically troubleshoot and repair complex domestic and foreign machine tools and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines/equipment.
- Operate measurement and feedback systems for precision work.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Electrician or equivalent certification/experience.
- Experience in electrical repair in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency with relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines.
- Basic mechanical skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret machine electrical schematics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing welding machinery, variable frequency drives, and programmable logic controllers.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
