Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrician Maintenance CNC/PLC to join our team at Caterpillar Inc. This full-time position offers opportunities to work on 2nd and 3rd shifts, focusing on troubleshooting and repairing a variety of domestic and foreign machine tools and related equipment. Your responsibilities will include repairing relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines, as well as operating measurement and feedback systems.
Required Qualifications
- License Credential with the State of Wisconsin as an Electrician or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical repair of machine tools.
- Experience with troubleshooting relay logic machines and CNC/PLC controlled machines.
- Proficiency in AC/DC drives and basic mechanical skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret machine electrical schematics.
- Skilled in preventative maintenance and repair of machinery.
- Experience with welding machinery, variable frequency drives, and programmable logic controllers.

- Location: South Milwaukee, WI.
- Hourly rate: $36.83 - $39.17 plus shift differential.
