Job Description
We are looking for an Engineer III - Design EE to join our team at EarthScope Consortium. As an Engineer III, you will provide oversight, management, and leadership for technical geophysical projects of moderate complexity. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders and technologies across various locations, including sites in the United States and international settings.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead on geophysical projects with internal and external partners.
- Set strategic plans for project execution and scope.
- Identify and solve complex technical problems innovatively.
- Integrate geophysical technology, firmware, software, and infrastructure.
- Generate detailed technical documentation and project budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments within EarthScope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, geosciences, or related field.
- 7 years of experience with geophysical sensors or networks for Bachelor's degree holders, 4 years for Master's degree holders.
- Proficiency in geophysical data processing, data quality analysis, and programming.
- Experience leading field teams and systems engineering.

- Salary Range: $86,400 - $107,900/year
