Event/Delivery Staff

The PopCorn Lady is seeking motivated individuals to join our Event and Delivery Staff to help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and guests. As part of our team, you will work in a vibrant and fast-paced setting, delivering delicious food and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces as per event plans, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation meeting high-quality standards.
• Deliver products to distribution clients when required.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in event areas and dining spaces.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations for a consistent presentation.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset event spaces for continuous service flow.
• Work collaboratively with the team for seamless event operations.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in post-event cleanup, equipment packing, and storage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or banquet service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
