Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests courteously, take accurate orders, and communicate menu specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations and dining areas.
• Handle member/guest complaints professionally and ensure strict adherence to service standards.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to quality standards.
• Handle cash transactions, maintain inventory control, and comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and complying with safety regulations.

Work Schedule

Availability for early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
