TPC Network is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Server to join our team at TPC Boston in Norton, MA. As a Food & Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests, providing top-notch service in our prestigious golf course setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, taking accurate orders and communicating menu specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure their immediate resolution.
• Uphold strict standards in serving food and beverages as per menu specifications.
• Perform side work duties and keep inventory well-maintained.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and service procedures, as well as TPC Brand Standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent, with one to two years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
