Food Expeditor - Prior experience as a Food Runner or Server is a plus but not required

This position serves as a critical link between the kitchen and the front of the house, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to our guests. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction through speed and accuracy of service.
• Complete final garnishes on plates and ensure they meet Silver Diner specifications.
• Coordinate with the kitchen expo to maintain correct cook times and quality of menu items.
• Maintain a positive and clean work environment, adhering to uniform standards and SMG scoring metrics.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a sense of urgency.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
