Frontline Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Frontline Associate to join the Arete Collective LP team at our Spicewood location. As a Frontline Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the grounds and providing support to internal staff and tenants. This position combines elements of groundskeeping, landscaping, housekeeping, gardening, and errand running.

Core Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and Landscaping.
• Light housekeeping and support for internal staff.
• Errand running as needed.
• Assist with event logistics, budgets, invoicing, and reporting.

Key Tasks

• Watering plants and gardens.
• Trash removal and recycling.
• Feeding farm animals and collecting eggs.
• Maintaining gardens and lawns.
• Performing pool and pond maintenance.
• Running errands, including grocery shopping and office cleaning.
• Assisting with small maintenance tasks and furniture moves.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in country club, resort, real estate, or hospitality settings is beneficial.
• Transportation to and from work.

This is a full-time on-site position with compensation ranging from $15 to $20 per hour.
