Job Description
Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Mechanic/Technician Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all equipment utilized by the company for transportation and freight handling in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain various equipment used in transportation and freight handling.
- Track and prioritize work to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other breakdowns.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass background and drug tests.
- Preferred prior experience in Diesel Engine Repair, Automotive Diagnostics, Welding, or related fields.
- Apprentice roles available for mentorship and growth.
Pay
$25.32-$27.30 Per Hour
