Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing store activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to drive store performance.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product merchandising.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding store security.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
