Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational action plans. Your responsibilities will include supervising the team, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise and support team members in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
