Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate key competencies outlined for the role.
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
