Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
