Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the team. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
