Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and following company policies, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
