Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operational skills including cash register handling and equipment operation.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
