Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
