Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping our store organized, clean, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
