Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage:

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Give feedback on products and inventory
• Assist with store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in operating a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Work efficiently both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is preferred
